Maintenance Engineer

A globally recognised aerospace manufacturer in Denham is looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join its team. The role is focused on planned preventative maintenance and first-line breakdown support across a range of production equipment used to manufacture safety-critical components for military aviation.
What you’ll be doing:
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance across a variety of manufacturing and workshop machinery
- Completing routine servicing, inspections, and scheduled maintenance tasks
- Providing first-line fault-finding and breakdown response
- Delivering both electrical and mechanical maintenance within the production facility
- Using hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and general testing devices
- Maintaining equipment to a high standard to minimise downtime
- Working in line with H&S regulations and ensuring machinery compliance
What you need:
- Background maintaining production, manufacturing, or industrial equipment
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Confident using hand tools and electrical/mechanical testing equipment
- GCSEs in Maths and English or equivalent
- Good manual dexterity

- Static, site-based role with no travel or on-call requirements
- Days: 08:00–17:00 Mon–Thu / 08:00–12:00 Fri
